Still encountering bugs with Major Miner Rescue Mission

As per the Title, the Major Minor mission still bugs out and is a ghost town after you protect whats her name from the hellbugs. I've tried relogging, I've tried exiting the game and reloading, and I've even tried rebooting my machine. As it turns out, I noticed 2 other people encountering the same bug at the same time, so I assume this is the same server issue we've been dealing with since the game was in beta.

I would appreciate an update on the status of this fix, and/or a work around for the time being.

Yes well I have done that, in fact I did that before I posted here. I am now 3 days out without a solution or even a hello from support. Is there a support team out there still? Can someone just push my character past this quest please

Well GM Fasti This appears to be false information, because after I submitted a ticket they tell me that they can't do anything about it other than tell QA about the bug, and that I should try the stuff I've already tried. So I am basically unable to play this game any further until you get your stuff fixed...
