Need help. Queston on Stalker synergy

I can't remember. Does the range increase on Stalker do the same thing as the fallout damage barrels?

Both stalker synergy and fall off mods affect fall off damage, but they're not mutually exclusive they stack if you have both stalker synergy mods equipped and a fall off mod.
