How do I receive Ark Infiltrator armor

I pre ordered the DD edition and I have received almost everything but this set of armor. I have claimed all items and check my Trion Worlds account to make sure I did indeed purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition and yet I still an unable to attain this armor. Should I contact Customer Support?

If you have yours, did you just go to the shop and claim it?

Item shop, claim rewards. If you didn't get it, contact support. apparently it's a known issue.

Be warned, it's the wrong color, that is also going to be fixed at some point.

Thanks for the tip, I would rather have red and black anyway, Brown isnt as cool to me.
