I did not get most of my Digital Deluxe preorder items. I do remember that I had 21 items to claim, most of which were from the Ark Fall codes. I got everything for the STANDARD PC edition pre-order, but not the digital deluxe. I have the receipt and my account says that I have Digital Deluxe.
Have same problem no digital deluxe items or codes to claim only getting standard edition :confused:

I redeemed 22 codes when i should have had 2 more
I've got nothing. No charger, no dd items, no ark hunter training items. Pretty pissed.
Yep unhappy we be, would of liked to get the items that I paid extra for. The shield weapon and suit would have been nice to have.
Same problem, i have the standard edition bonuses but nothing from deluxe, no title, no outfit, only 3 day xp bonus and so on...
