    If you go into the in game store through the menu, at the bottom there's a button that says "Claim Items"; that had all my deluxe edition unlocks there.

    They dont even know wtf is going on themselves i waited almost 4 hours today for live chat and then they just said should come soon....get your **** together Trion Worlds especially for those of us that pre ordered from your site your letting all of us down...people who pre ordered from everywhere else got their **** already and yet the makers of Defiance cant get their gamers their items.... EPIC FAIL!

    I especially liked the Ark Infiltrator outfit being displayed as a wicked red - and being received as a vomit beige camo.

    I had hoped they would've made this issue known and assured us they were working on it. Now it seems it's a case by case sort of thing. Unfortunately the support chat has many hours of waiting time for service.

    same situation, i got all he ark falls and the regular preorder bonuses, yet the outfit, the wep or any of the deluxe are not where to be found. i already summited two ticket, lest see if they get back to me...
