The difference now is that everything in the game has gotten much stronger. It's not just the SAW being the "I win" gun and the only choice.

A pre nerf white SAW modded out could have challenged some OJ ARs in the game now (VBIs and FRC ACs even), even with all the damage boosts with rarity, and with more bonus rolls now. Now imagine if the SAW was still on the base 400 damage it used to be. You could get one with 600 DMG per shot now if it wasn't nerfed. We'd still have everyone and their brother using a SAW.

I was one of the people who thought the SAW DMG nerf was needed. It was a little too strong back then. Though I thought they overdid it at first. It's much more balanced now then it used to be.

So has ANYONE else seen the gun the OP posted?

I have now pulled 3 Orange Frontier Battle Rifles from Top Notch and they are ALL Semi-Auto.


(Oh and mav, I was speaking about that exact fact, if the SAW was OP how is a gun that does more damage at a faster fire rate NOT OP? If the original SAW needed a nerf then why does this gun exist?)

Main issue with the saw was the high damage, high rof and high mag cap combo. Also, assault Carbine jumps like a NBA all star
