Problems with 7th Legion Shields

A few days ago I managed to pull an Orange 7th Legion Surge shield out of a supply cache from the vendor. I was pretty excited until I looked at the shield to discover a few things.

- The shield has no EGO requirement. Despite me being 5000 EGO, the shield I got was Level one, making the capacity on the shield much lower than if it was 5000 EGO.

- This is an Orange shield with a Level IV for the roman numeral. So it should have a nano resistance. All other Orange IV shields have a nano resistance (part of the shield formula). Not this one though. If it didn't have a nano resistance then it should be a V with a 90% recharge rate (this is a Hurricane class shield). But that's not the case and it's kinda bugging me here lol.

Here are some pics to show what I mean. Everyone else seems to be getting EGO level 1 shields from the 7th legion vendor too but I do not know why my shield doesn't have a nano resistance...
