Flyers I dont think wil happen, at least not in the near future. The lore states that we have a low orbit debri field, making flight impossible, or EXTREMELY dangerous (considering we have arkfall events as large chunks of debris fall from the sky).
Tanks would be slick too, maybe something in a future expansion (season 2-3 maybe?)
It's entirely possible if they limit the ceiling. Think of Planetside 2. I would love to drive a tank ^.^Quote:

Has there been any update as to how the higher level vehicles are acquired? The way "take control of" is stated, makes me think the vehicles spawn in random locations.

Based on my experience during Beta#3, vehicles can be acquired by finishing storyline quests, purchasing from vendors, purchasing from cash shop, and you can even hijack vehicles from quests (as long as you do not finish the quest).
There are some specialized vehicles (Jeep with a tail gun, i forgot the name) will spawn randomly in the shadow war zones, and you can only drive those in the shadow war event.
I have seen deserted tanks in some of the missions, they are not drivable, but the model is there.
Is the the Cerberus PVP only. I would love to get it for PVE. About the only thing I didn't like with the vehicles.. was not opening the Door when I got in the nomad. I hope that gets more flushed out thru patches.
i don't know the names, but there is the quad you get from an early mission (you can also buy it with scrip), there is an orange quad you can buy with scrip (different body than the first one), a red quad that is the same body as the orange one you get from a later mission. the yellow jeep you can buy with scrip, the red dodge you get from pre ordering, and a white dodge you get from doing the race pursuits.
i think a color changer would be neat... but it would have to be restricted for the same-body vehicles that are already different colors.
like, atv A could have orange, brown, and green
and atv B could have red, blue, and yellow.
or maybe be able to change a secondary color on the vehicle but not the primary.
of course i'm fine with no color changing at all, i imagine a wider variety of vehicles will be available in the full version of the game.
i really hope the cerberus vehicles are available in PvE, i'd actually have a reasom to partner up with people lol, also i don't really much care for PvP (i know i am horrible at games, PvP just rubs it in my face :mad:)
Thats how I see them. you driving along you see a group of hells Bugs or raiders or etc. I take my vehicle ram 3 or 4 times hop off out of range. recall the vehicle. Repeat process. till everything is run over. Now there are disadvantages to doing this. Someone told me that when you run something over it doesn't drop loot.
But maybe that was only in the arkfalls. Don't really know. Stop complaining about what you cant do. And take advantage of what you can. And enjoy it dam it!
I'd like to see bicycles. This is the bay area after all. Gary Fisher Arkhunter edition. I'd buy one.
i would like to see a motorcycle styled similarly to the jeep and dodge, i think that would fit pretty well in this game
