This outfit

I'd hate to bump an old thread, but I feel this needs more attention and love, also my personal suggestion is to make the tail part of the coat an option the player can toggle, either in options or on the outfit itself.

I saw it A LOT in gameplay videos and it's the one outfit I want really bad. I know it's not a purchased outfit because I haven't seen it in stores. I'm guessing (and hoping) you get it from a mission further into the game.

The Drifter outfit is the closest thing I have seen. It is nearly identical with the exception of the trench coat. I have seen it in a lot of the trailors as well, but never in the store or as a mission reward. Unless it is a hidden reward for pursuits or reputation I don't believe it is available to the general public yet.
