To Trion: Lower the score for Gunslinger arenas

Mmo design fail... That's all... Trion want to force ppl to play in group but they don't give you any tools to do it.

Since almost a year we had a chat that didn't work, so ppl were used to play solo, you can say hello in zone chat, nobody will answer, and it's not ppl fault.
Trion want to force to play in group but arena were solo (despite they sell it multi).
Trion want to force to play in group but you can't even fast travel to clan members.
Trion want to force to play in group but maximum size group is 4, ppl asked for 8 member group, but Trion never answerd about that (I guess they fired the guy who knew how to do that).

So yeah, the gold is hard solo, but easy in group, so why Trion don't you give us a matchmaking like for any other cooperative missions?
I'm pretty sure they don't even know how to do that...

Ideally I would have preferred the mission story arc to be *gold* solo-able. I would have liked to be able to get gold in order to progress my EGO level up a bit.

However, running arena matches to farm for reward drops is fine to require a group. Also providing a matchmaking tool would go a long way to making that less of a hassle.

I think I'm fine as long as it's possible to get gold solo in at least one arena. It's currently the case, but I'm not sure whether that's really intended (given how easy it is compared to other arenas).

Agreed, I have no friends that play anymore. And most of the members of my clan are rarely if ever on (I had to get rid of most of them after 40-50+ days of no login). If matchmaking were implemented it wouldn't be to bad getting gold, I can finish the arenas but I'm pretty sure there is no way I'm going to get gold on them until I find some new people to play with.

I hate to necro this thread, but its topic is an ongoing problem. Yes, gunslinger arenas appear on the matchmaking menu, but selecting one doesn't actually make a match. It just starts the arena solo, as does visiting the arena entry point on the map.

I'd like to throw my vote behind raising the multiplier to x10 for the gunslinger arenas instead of artificially capping it.

I've never been able to get a full group for these arenas for the time I play... nobody is ever on lol I solo sieges half the time they're up D:

You are required to group up before doing them, if you want to be in a group. Most can be golded with one friend. Also since they are by default Tl1 if you are over roughly ego 3000 then you should be able to solo most for gold just fine if your gear is around your level, since it will do more damage than they (tl1 Npcs) have health. The Obversitory is EXTREMELY easy to solo for gold.

Bigger fail than you realize. Matchmaking only works for the designed Co-op maps. If you want a group for arenas OR Co-op missions (like Jackleg Joe and Nim) then you have to group up before matchmaking.

I have golded two of them solo, but the rest seem impossible as they don't have enough guys and the guys they do have are too far apart to keep the multiplier up. Yes, I'm killing everything with one or two shots (depending on range, accuracy, and lag).
