I really wanted to enjoy this game but it is getting to annoying to play. This game still acts like a beta release and the game has been out for over a year. I get better games from indie developers. Just what is the issue with these people and why can't they fix all this?

I'm glad I never bought any DLC.

Welcome to Defiance. But dont worry this game has a stange addictive nature where despite hating it at times you just keep coming back for more.

I would rate it as a beta till they drop DLC live then its like and alpha. I wish I had not bought my season pass...Minecraft puts out better updates and they are free.

All MMOS are ongoing betas., and take time to remove the big bugs. WoW was a bugfest for the first 2 years. Ultima Online was for about 3. DnD online was a big fat mess for over 5 yrs. Those are now 3 of the biggest MMOS out there. I am not saying Defiance will every be that good, but it does take time to work out bugs. Besides this company has been working with a skeleton crew for the last year. And it is the first time they have ever tryed working with consoles. They took a VERY gutsy shot with this game, as their first multi-platform game. Was it too gutsy for them? Maybe but time will tell. And like all mmos, it's players will come and go like a revolving door. As some bugs are cleared more people will settle in for a time, and others will move on. Like all MMOs, it will continue that way until, it is shutdown for good.

Not really a viable excuse IMHO, seeing as how this happens with lots of games once they launch... so it's not just a Defiance problem my friend.

Most company's don't have to lay off they're Head of Development, and promote the Head of Creative Design into that place though. Do they? Trick is the guy who created the Votan language, he was NOT trained to create game programming and coding!
