normal to be disconnected every 15 minutes?

I play on the PS3 and is this normal for this game to always get disconnect after like 15 minutes every night? it always happens to me. I play and get diconnected and I have to start over again. And i was playing today and everybody was invisible. and when i call for my car sometimes i have to do it 4 times to get it.

Sadly on PS3 that can sometimes be normal.

Hate to say it but yes as another PS3 player it is pretty much standard any given day or night.

Ok i thought it was my problem. my dad hears me yelling all the time when it happens lol. he says it is because the game is crap.

I hate to say it but your Dad has a point too. Why else would a 60 dollar game fall to 10-7 bucks in 4 months of it releasing.

You have to reboot your game completely when that starts to happen. It's a memory leak issue, the more people and action around you, the more likely you are going to get DC'd and have to reboot.

Certain areas on the map are a problem as well. Most notable are the Crater, Iron Demon, Muir, and certain Arkfall locations in Sausalito, can be a problem if you have been connected long enough.

Playing on PS3 can be frustrating :). You can manage it somewhat, but it requires a lot of rebooting, I usually have to reboot the game every 2 hours, sometimes sooner, if I notice more lag.

we just got down playing some arkfall where you go underground. the robots would not stop coming 20 minutes and still more and we could not kill them. i end up dieing and 6 of them were on top of me so everytime i cam alive again guess what i died again lol. I spent 200000 in about 10 minutes just dieing over and over and over and over and over right there. I feel sad for the other person playing with me. i just left after that. it was not fun.
My dad said he got the game free for the PS3 and the computer.

If you have a decent PC play Defiance on there it is a lot more stable than it is on PS3.
