Cant download dlc packs on 360?

Hello everybody,

I pre ordered the ultimate edition last year but due to rl issues (mainly caring for my grandmother full time) I have not had any time to play until recently.

I can not find any way to download DLC in the game menus and in the xbox live store it says that I have to pay for each DLC pack. I should have the season pass to get them free. I did have the download for "Ultimate edition code" when I checked on the hdd. All that was there was updates and patches.

I read on some other threads and other forums that this was an issue with people with the season passes. Has it been fixed or am I screwed?

Start > Hold left trigger > Defiance Store > Right Bumper > Claim Items - All your stuff is in there, the DLCs should already be active, if not, contact support.
