Glitchy clan

my clan is glitched and after talking to other leaders it seems that we are the only ones that have this problem. More than half the names wont show up on the clan list and for the few that do show up. the game wont let me demote, promote or kick those people ever. all day everyday it keeps saying that every member has joined the clan like 50 times a day. what am i supposed to do when we get any unwanted members? ask them to leave and hope they do. i've sent in messages on the support desk and it took 2 weeks for them to respond with a preset message. i don't have a working computer right now and the xbox live internet app wont let me talk to live support. so what should i do next? cuz i'm soon not gonna be able to play as often as i do and i would like to know that my clan is in good hands but how am i supposed to promote a leader while i'm gone if the game wont let me. it's looking more and more like the day i stop playing is the day my clan dies :(
