it's kinda weird actually. I see it does base DMG at time, and other time it does 9k per shot. So it's really odd.

I'll definitely do a experiment tonight. I have over 3k AF so idc. I'll re-roll it like a Colorado collage student

Well if it's still like it use to be ull tell by stat dmg vs actual . Don't reroll
