Yea same issue and no understanding why ... got the game from TRION to avoid things like this so far all i see is a $30 USD loss no items and cant even connect to servers now .... sadface

So i got to grind to afford a lockbox? I got one with my preorder stuff and used it guess that didnt count. I hope this works thanks for hope Trion support live help is broken and man it sorta bummed me out this mess feel like going out instead of playing feeling. :) I just got to love the game but buying ce just for dlc and having this issue sorta sucks then salt in wound when support is up but its bugged to... I bought mine with bits. But it might still work with resources... couldn't hurt to try.
