Not geting pre purchased items in game

Hello guys.
Does anyone have the same problem and or know how to fix it?
I pre purchase Defiance Delux edition truh Steam, but I have not got access to the rewards in game.
And yes, I have typed in my game keys in my game profile online.

I'm having the same problem with my collectors edition i typed in the reedem code and im still waiting for it to appear

You guys are referring to entering the codes on Trions account management page where it says apply codes right? Not clear about where you entered them. They go on the "Apply Code" tab under Account management on Trion's site.

No im on about the reedeem code codes within the actual game when u go to the defance store

Yep.. close you game and patcher and go to Trions site and log in to your account and look for the "Apply Code" Tab there. Add all your codes there.

well im on there says two codes applied to my account which i did though the games store but i got nothing on my ps3 version of the game

I'm in the same boat man pre order and did the ark codes. Haven't receive anything yet and i linked my ps3 to game so whats goin on

As stated above your need to go on put the codes in exactly in "apply code" in your Trion account management and give a few minutes(i did) then loaded up the game and went to the in-game market and bottom left it should say "claim rewards" open that up and start collecting :). If that isn't working get on to Trion Support and they should fix it you :).

And no body seems to get the message the defiance store in the game has a redeem code for console users which is were i typed my redeem codes it and shows on my trion account they have been activated only thing is that was 7 hours ago since i did this and i log out and bk in 6 times and even restarted my ps3 a few times to be safe AND still nothing

If you got your Ark Hunter Rewards but are still missing special edition content, for some reason, if you buy a lockbox from the in-game store, your bonus content will be added alongside the lockbox items.

Yea same issue and no understanding why ... got the game from TRION to avoid things like this so far all i see is a $30 USD loss no items and cant even connect to servers now .... sadface

Yes ticket is in ...sense hour 1 of launch
cant connect to live help get the HTTP 500 server connection error
cant connect to server

its almost like the cosmos is telling me not to play this game

How to get your preorder/arkhuntercodes items:

PRESS ESCAPE

HOLD SPACE

PRESS STORE TAB

IN STORE PRESS REDEEM ITEMS

I've still not got my items when i redeemed them its been about 12 hours now would like this fixed erm NOW!

So i got to grind to afford a lockbox? I got one with my preorder stuff and used it guess that didnt count. I hope this works thanks for hope Trion support live help is broken and man it sorta bummed me out this mess feel like going out instead of playing feeling. :) I just got to love the game but buying ce just for dlc and having this issue sorta sucks then salt in wound when support is up but its bugged to... Hahahaha

I can't guarantee that it will work but it worked for me and half a dozen people at the crash site.

I also noticed that after doing this, any characters I created after would have all the items in the "claim" section.

When you say in game store you on about script lockbox or the bit bought ones?

I bought mine with bits. But it might still work with resources... couldn't hurt to try.

no work with resources... How i get bits besides paying. This is a bummer ce ftl hehe

Wasted $5 bought bits bought tier 4 it auto opens on ps3 what a waste now i feel beyond blah now.
