Question for those who pre-ordered through Amazon (US)...

I received a code when I first pre-ordered a few months ago for beta access and I have not received a code for the pre-order content. When I contacted Amazon customer support they just kept giving me the pre-order code. So anyone else who pre-ordered through Amazon, did you receive a code for beta and a different code for bonus content or are those codes one in the same? Any help would be appreciated :) I really am only worried about the Dodge because my girlfriend sucks at driving and I need a vehicle that can carry 2 passengers so I can always drive (like i do irl lol)

Just link your account as instructed by the Trion emails and the game start up link option. There is also a code on the back of the manual that you should redeem in the in game Defiance store. Log off, restart, and check your Defiance store. It will be there, there isn't an extra code, your original code covers this stuff.

I too only got the Beta code and like a fool I gave that to a friend to try the Beta instead of sending him the Beta key I got earlier. No where did it say any of the pre-order items were attached to that code, it only said it was for Beta access on the e-mail from Amazon. I am afraid that they may have linked the pre-order items to that code based on some of the other posts I have seen which would mean I lost all my pre-order bonuses unless there is another code on the way for those items from Amazon. I'm hoping another will show up in the next day or two, but not so sure now.

What does the code on the back of the manual give you? Is it a bonus weapon? I've already got the pre order and Arkfall code stuff.

Guys I got the same problem got beta code nothing else and whats really messed up about it when I received code it said it was already in use so If I never got a code from a friend I would have never been able to play BETA after playing beta then I pre-ordered and also I typed in code on back of instruction manual still don't have my dodge erased....... re-downloaded code still no dodge linked account still no dodge everytime I see a dodge I get pissed (FAILED RELEASE) IF any of you members find an idea plz let me know because support team hasn't been doing their job! i'll wait 3 days if not fixed im selling this game im tired of rageing

I received my Arkhunter Code rewards and the rewards from the back of the booklet just fine FYI that's not the issue. I'm in live chat with Trion right now so I'll post something once I have an answer on the Amazon thing...

So it looks like the code Amazon gave us for beta is supposed to be the same code for the bonus content even though the e-mail states that code was only for Beta access...so anyone who gave their amazon beta code to someone else like me it looks like we are SOL.

Looks like it allowed the code that came on screen during the beta then. Interesting.

That was what I was afraid of. Pretty bad way to do things in my opinion, especially since there was nothing stating that code also had the bonus content attached and every other pre-order code I got from Amazon was for specific items when multiple bonus items were listed. Not worth raging over though it is more than a little irritating.
