Its part of the patron pass and I think they are in your claims or activate when you open patron boxes

Since it was the week-end, I didn't expect a fix for it before the week-end. Plus they need to fix the rarity upgrade too.

Yea I've posted on this numerous times. I have not received ANY of the "grab bag" random boosts since the patch released.
