As for server stability, we're paying close attention to what players are reporting and what we're observing from the servers themselves. The team is investigating the cause of the increased latency since Patch 2.0 and we'll have a post about it when the source is determined.

I really hope so. I'm usually Team Defiance and give passes on issues that perhaps I shouldn't. It's because of the love for the game. Changing the way we get a reward, especially if it limits said reward, should be announced formally. Ex post facto is better than nothing. I posted this thread to try and get the word out. As you can see, holding onto rewards is normal for most. I just don't want people to skip the thread and not realize they are losing out on rewards they can have because it was not communicated officially.

    We'll see....

A while back you assured us that stability on the consoles was "good". Of course, none of us understood your definition of good, and several asked with no further response from you or The Company.

I would have just preferred you telling us that "server stability for the consoles, especially the PS3, will be an ONGOING issue that we'll probably never fully remedy. We will, however, continue to work on it and fix what we can to make your gaming experience more pleasurable. Thanks for your patience in this."

But I digress. My apologise for hijacking the thread. Back to your regularly scheduled program...

Credit for owning it. Honestly is always appreciated.

Please ensure that the team has a battle plan for how to handle server loading when F2P starts for the consoles, particularly considering that there are already some issues presenting.

Consider the current bug a (very) small scale example of some server issues you may expect, now's the time for you guys to get some contingency plans in place. You want to paint the best picture you can for your new potential customers.

    Thanks SCAPES.

From this I understand that the maximum number of Ark batteries we will be able to stockpile once we clear our claims is 6. 4 on our character and one each in a weekly and a daily reward box. Is this correct?

Are you really surprised that they "fixed" the Ark Hunter Rewards? It was going to benefit us by being able to stock up potential Arkforge. When it might benefit the player, it is pulled immediately. Rarity upgrade rerolling synergies, $80 Weapon Kits (which were a COMPLETE rip off to begin with) being dupped, Extra Life shields being bought cheap and sold back to the vendor for a profit. However, when it hurts the player, it is essentially ignored, enemies phasing in and out, vehicles disappearing, boosts that don't work as intended (how long did we buy loot boosts before they yanked them saying they don't work as intended? They didn't work "as intended" from the day they were introduced, but you are just NOW pulling them? Really?)

Trion cares more about their wallets than their players, plain and simple.

If Trion really cared about the Loot boost not actually increasing rarity of loot like it said it was supposed to (which we were told a while back was never the intention, but are now being told actually WAS the intention.), then they would refund everyone all the bits they ever spent on the loot boost. But they don't, so they won't.

I don't see any problem here at all. Daily supplies are "daily" and should be claimed daily. I got it in a right way and surprised that everyone crying.
