That does seem like a very "form letter" answer. Hope they get back to you, because I've let other presently console-less people about this arrangement. Guessing there were just some crossed wires in this week's rush.

Same here, but it's very possible. I'm sure things are a bit hectic with the transition to f2p and the troubles there in, but since this stuff is all account based, hopefully they can switch it over.
