I've seen a couple of wiki's/wikia's and "Defiancedata.com" but honestly, the wiki pages just suck and Defiancedata, as good as it might be for some things, it lacks a LOT of info about vendors and items which is my main interest when I'm visiting such pages.
So if I were to compare, let's say, all of the epic weapons from rep vendors, is there any way to do it other than going one by one in-game?
Defiancedata is the best you're gonna find (and way more than this game deserves).
I think you should really look closer into Defiance Data. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you are looking to do, there is a page listing the different vendors as well as the weapon/mods that can be stocked there.Quote:

You can't put stats on things because they vary by EGO level--even if rounded. They change on who is looking. Plus, the sales, etc., change. The things that don't change are the mod vendors.Quote:

Ok.. first off.. I'm not directly related to any of the sites, not even DefianceData.
Now.. let me break this down for you...
There are over 300 DIFFERENT weapons in Defiance (if you include the special vendor weapons that you get at higher levels for completing daily missions, even more).. each of those can have any of 1 to 5 different rarities.. any of 6 different nano effects.. any of several different synergies, and more than two dozen different bonus effects (dependent on rarity) that can be applied to them. So.. that said.. your looking at an ASTRONIMICAL amount of data to put into anyone webpage. Rarities, nano's, and synergies all apply across the board at any vendor, so saying what weapon with what nano and what rarity you want to see as a "possibility" is pretty much a huge "shake and bake" type question. No one's going to be able to give you that answer.
That being said, it's also why we've started the new lock box project, just in it's infancy, where myself along with those at DD and volunteers in the game are collecting the data. This is going to take some time, and even then won't be a "sure fire" test to get exactly what you want. Defiance parses out lock box drops using a Random Number Generator, so you may never see the same weapon twice, or you may see the same weapon multiple times.
If your looking for that "IT" gun with the synergies and whatnot.. you may just want to bank your pennies and keep your eyes on the vendors for it to be the "special" sale.
Regarding EGO rating, isn't it just as easy as creating a new character and going to each vendor without completing anything and writing the base stats (which I believe is the method they're already using in the rest of their data)?Quote:

And even if they do you could just let it as "random bonus 1" "random bonus 2" etc. and at least say the name, type, rarity, base stats (not bonus) and price of the weapon... That kind of stuff.
If you notice things missing at DD, please make a note if you find the answers and help them out. The best info I have gotten is from them, beats anything the game devs them selves have put out there for us. You could also search these forums and look for the post about community links to search for more info.

While I do not have any affiliation (thought I'd add that) to the site, it's the only one I've come to find most of the answers on. I usually do a quick Google to see if there's anything else and only one instance did that get me the information I needed to date. So to answer your specific question, I have not found any site that lists ALL weapons, etc... I was focusing on the thread title, which is more for basic information to start you off.
