Multiple accounts from same IP address?

There has to be some other issue, my family of 4 connects at the same time to play together

I have had no issue with four accounts connecting to the game at the same time. Most likely the issue lies in your router or ISP setup limiting how many systems can be on-line at once or some other throttling that is known to happen via an ISP.

yeah, what actually happens when you try to connect third player?
