Well, I kinda adapted. When checking players around, I decide which approach I'll take based on present heavy hitters. Should enough of them be around, then I'll make a serious attempt at killing the monkey. If not, I'll focus solely on score.

It still feels weird to see people wasting ammo on locks that will break anyway.

We took a clan group into one last night. Only had about 15 - 18 people, so we knew we were going to lose. Still managed to break armor, and take him down half health. Armor seemed to take a bit longer than normal to break, other than that, didn't really see that anything had changed. Though I see that sometimes he still glitches up on his movement, like hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room, or spinning around for a full 15 secs for no reason at all. So, yeah....same old glitches.

I'm on PS3 and I've been to 3 WM and it was pointless no more then 10 players. No one even bothers to talk to each other anymore because it has become a death crawl event. There was no hope to win so no one cared. The social part of being down in the hole is gone. There is too many people getting the boot and not enough time to get back in and organize. My view it has failed on PS3.

    PS3 NA

Just attempted my second WM since the patch. Only been to 2 because that's all I've seen in the logged hours since then (quite a few).

    Drove up, outside already cleared.
    Attempted to enter.
    Crit out.
    Re log.
    No more Arkbreak.

    Le sigh.

I hope they have a way of monitoring each platform separately. I'd also love to see some dedicated numbers for the ps3. I've seen people post wins but only PC post-patch. Does anyone know of even one PS3 win?

This update shows that Trion doesn't care about their PS3 players. Warmaster has been broken since day 1. Majority of PS3 players disconnect when entering WM. At first they denied that there was even a problem, it took them months to acknowledge that the PS3 had issues but we still haven't seen any changes done to fix the issues. Now on top of our ongoing disconnect issues we have to race a clock.

PS3 players had no choice but to wait for other players. When I do successfully enter a WM there are usually only 4 or 5 people inside because everyone else got disconnected. Now most people don't have time to get in and we have hardly any players inside so WM is always instant fail.

WM DLC was the DLC I was most excited for. I looked forward to fighting the Warmaster. It turns out I ended up fighting the server instead. Now we have to fight the server and a clock.

New player here, 600 something ego now, got my first taste of the WM yesterday during a 12+ hour session while being awake for more than 30 hours... I took screen shots to verify since i was pretty out of it.

So, out of 5 WM battles 2 ended in victory. All of them had no real coordination besides a little zone chat, unless there were clans in there who organized in their clan chat. Most of them had only a few random people trying to break the locks while everyone else stood around and waited patiently. Now, on the last one there was a player who was asking people to leave the last Volge guy up stairs alive until more people arrived, and that was met with limited success. Seems like a good strategy though.

Saw lots of people using detonators, myself included, and after that first loss and i switched to a LMG and i heard the crystal armor making a twinkling sound as it cracked i was educated in my error. Both victories were pretty close, timer wise, and both victories had the most players out of my five attempts.

Tried to attach some screen shots, but they were too large. Also, i had NO disconnects or errors during my 12 hour marathon yesterday.

Thanks to everyone for tolerating a new player, this game has a pretty friendly and/or dead player base!

Right on! Wasn't gonna post screens due to perceived lack of interest, but here you go! Converted to jpg just for you, Icy :p

Here you can see that players were trying to get more people to come in before the last Viscera was destroyed.

Also, after going through my screen shots, it would seem that there were only 4 WM battles, but a 50% victory rate seems a lil crazy, so please disregard anything i say, past present and future. See you out in the Badlands!

EDIT: got my images all proper now, thanks Ic3b3rg! ;) EDIT: well, they are full size in the preview but not in the post.. at least right clicking and using view image works now

EDIT: not sure why it shrinks down my images, are you guys using imgur or something? I selected full-size, but they are still shrunk down to fit in the lil posting area, and i know i've seen images so big that there were horizontal scroll bars. :(

From what I am reading, you are attaching the files to the site? When viewing the file information the dimension is coming up with: 852px × 479px (scaled to 800px × 450px)

What some people do is upload the picture to a hosting site, something like www.photobucket.com and just use a direct link url while under advanced posting options and using insert image.

Great screen shots btw, I think I was in that one.

You were. You can see my chat in the last screenshot. That's the one I described in post #82. Because we started with 14 we were suprised at how fast the crystal armor cracked. It shows that if you have enough players using the right loadouts and tactics, you don't need to zerg the Warmaster for a kill.
