probably in Silicon Valley.
I completed that one at Delores Park in San Francisco.
Dolores Park and Dead End Junction have some (make sure you check the ledge up near Dead End Junction as well)

I got all of those in San Francisco. I tended to run into them OFF of roadways, which might be helpful, given that the "roadway or not" distinction was something brought up by the Devs in relation to Restless Dead as well.
Be warned, though: I believe Silicon Guardians is one of those with the freakish Grid doggies.
yes indeed the silicon guardians consist of strange looking humanoid figures accompanied by molerat like thingies, as far as i am aware these freaks currently only spawn in san fran, and are the first grid to be not based on already ingame existent creature conversions:cool:
