Short answer...If your gun is at a 4.2x Crit and does NOT include a 1.10x Crit XP (mastery) and you roll one:
4.3x Crit
The Below Rolls are based on your 4.2x Crit
If you put a T3 Crit Barrel 4.8x Crit
T4 Crit Barrel 5.0x Crit
T5 Crit Barrel 5.2x Crit
(OH...and it also matters if you are Level 20 in Pistols, because I think your Crit goes up two times if memory serves by the time you hit level 20)

I would not worry about putting great mods on, t3 or 4 at most. Try getting another orange one with at least a crit roll or two. I have a oj wolfhound with reload, crit, crit, ego power, dmg rolls and a crit mastery

I agree with this. For me personally I (if I had AF to frivolously blow) would roll that gun for another DMG roll. Since the Crit is entirely dependent on the DMG dealt the best thing that you can do is increase the damage output (then just put on a T3 Critical Force Barrel) Don't waste your time re-rolling for an xp Crit because that will only take your base up to 4.3x crit.
Another DMG roll should get you up to 4652 base DMG. (as your gun is modded)

I'm already loving this gun with the overcharge effect.
Your math is a little bit off. Getting a x1.10 Crit gives it an extra 0.4 to the crit multiplier.
4 x 0.1 = 0.4
4 x 0.05 = 0.2 (from weapon skill level)
At it's current state a x1.10 Crit Mult would give it a 4.6 crit multiplier.
Total with T3 Crit Barrel = 5.2
4 x 0.15 = 0.6
4.6 + 0.6 = 5.2
Total with T4 Crit Barrel = 5.4
4 x 0.20 = 0.8
4.6 + 0.8 = 5.4
Total with T5 Crit Barrel = 5.6
4 x 0.25 = 1
4.6 + 1 = 5.6
My knowledge on how rolls work is a bit ropey at best, but the way I understand it, it's luck of the draw to get a good damage roll?
Oh and what's a good mod for reducing bloom and making it a better hip fire weapon?
You would be better off getting the x1.10 Crit Mult roll over the x1.05 DMG. But yes, it comes down to luck. However, you can keep rolling it as many times as you like with arkforge. As for the mod question, you want the Recoil Dampener, and Mobile Adjustment Scope.
Hitman!! Youre thinking of an AR. ARs only add a .1 to the number because of how small the crit is...but with a 4.2 crit you add 10% which would be a .4!! Thats why every crit counts on a wolfy/wildcat. Im glad mine had the 1.25 crit because instead of being a 4.2 like this guys it was a 5.2!! and with a T5 crit it went up to 6.7...cant wait till reroll synergy comes out so i can get assassin
