For the past 2 hrs I have been able to load to charter screen but as soon as I try to go into the game I get the server timeout error! This is NOT my connection I pinged and have a strong signal. Even though my signal is strong I still rebooted my modem. It been 2 hrs of this crap!!! I just want to play!!
I'm currently haven the same issue... Please fix!!
I am getting the same issue. Can load into character select but not the game itself. It will time out and kick me back to the character select.
I am having this issue too.

I got in did 1 pvp map and booted with server timeout. This is definitely on the server side and needs to be fixed! almost 4 hrs and I got to play a whole 10 min!!!
Same with me. but i play this morning as normal, recently i login to game, but i see how the lagg ping or some else having problems couz i move to zone quest but the mobs kill me but i cant see them, then i get Disconected, now i CANT login, i justget this issue. Critical server connection time Out. bla bla bla... all times that i try login. We need u fix this issue.
This has been happening to me for a while now, about 3 hours. It especially sucks when you get booted while in an arkfall and then bam, bugged enemies that won't die and your score doesn't increase or it resets itself... that's just the major ones. If you set up an ark spike to call down a minor one and get booted, your minor arkfall disappears completely.
