I put a bunch of stuff in the Salvage Matrix and then decided "Why even bother" and cancelled them all. So the answer was nothing.
I just kind of feel like throwing in the towel with how much the game redefines itself over and over. I feel defeated and just don't care.

its a sweet gun and I figured those rep weapons with set rolls will be encrypted. I had already pulled 3 legendary crime fighters so no need to take a green to OJ. I kinda already had my perfect/ideal weapons so I didn't upgrade very much and when I did they were usually purples.

I didn't really have the forge to upgrade it and I mentioned it in clan chat, ended up selling to a clan mate. He made it legendary and got the x0.70 reload on it. I was happy to give that little blue the reward it deserved

Two VBI Guns, SMG, and an AR. Both had been blue, and had somehow escaped my "SELL IT ALL!" tendancies for anything below Purple at vendors. The fact they did so for over a year still surprises me. Anyway, after messing around with them, I was stunned to find they still had their Shock melee nano intact. No good for PVP, but useful for PVE, especially since wacking one can stun an entire mob. The AR is Siphon, with no recoil, and the SMG is shock, and has a x2.0 crit multiplier. But, since both have good reload rolls on them, I find myself constantly changing from the native one, to Incendiary, or Radiation depending on what I'm doing.

Probably should've upgraded my Needler for the monkey business, oh well.
Got this as a blue rarity drop from Gunslinger lockbox I opened after doing weekly contracts. Upped it all the way as the last item i upped.

Sniperrrr purple the body may be covered but the head cant hide well I guess it could if its not attached anymore.
