This game is amazing and you should have patience. Trion has done more for this game already than most developers even care to do.
The hell is with the weirdo?
I don't know if anyone has noticed but the Defiance servers have to communicate with the XBOX live servers. And we all know XBOX live servers are the best!( hopefully you sense my sarcasm there.) If you've been in an xbox live party at all the last two days I am sure you've noticed people popping in and out of the party. So, I dont believe the problem lies solely with Trion. As an avid gamer I have seen things like this happen before and have NEVER seen any gaming company address the issues so quickly. It happens. Relax, go take a leak, eat some cookies/snacks. If you found a valid issue you think they may not know about then by all means please report it properly so that they can address it. They'll get it back up when they can.
Oh well, hopefully when I wake up tomorrow it'll all be fixed and a new world will await me... or not and I'll see server is not available at this time, please try again later.... hmm which will it be. Place your bets here folks.

I think to call someone ignorant is a tad harsh considering the magnitude of issues that people are having. I understand where Kainbladex is coming from. I among others have yet to play for even the first time. I get that a game as huge as this will come with issues but one would expect to get a little play time out of a game they just went out and spent hard earned money on. And before you go throwing it out there I'm perfectly aware of how servers work. He is probably not the only one that would like a refund right now.
