Its good, voice/chat does not seem to work that I have seen, but its to be expected when a MMO is first launched on a Xbox, bugs will obviously happen the first week or so until they're able to adapt the game to the consoles capabilities.

This is not the first cross platform. Final Fantasy 11 and Everquest both cross platformed and both like over ten years old this isnt new tech.
