Rank 1 in Major Arkfall!

I finally got rank 1 in a major arkfall! WOOT!


BUT

I noticed I didn't get anything extra. Same rewards as if I were sleeping. Same XP, same scrip, and same fragments.

Congratulations, though if you know what you are doing (since most people don't) it isn't that difficult to get 1st in a major arkfall if you get there fast enough. I had about 160% of the next highest damage total at my last arkfall. I freaking love my wolfhound.

Getting there quick helps, but max DPS loadouts and ammo conservation are a must. (Well, not anymore with ammo boxes.)

Key grinding games. Instead of arkfalls dropping loot, you get some pocket change to save up to buy a lotto ticket.

Seriously who is the idiot who dreamed up this brain child of a loot system? It is like someone from marketing reproduced with someone from the financial department and their child went to go work in the loot table offices.

but i agree the arkfall looting system needs some rework.

the arkfall rewards, if enabled - shouldnt be based of the rankign like that.

People will start to find any exploit possible for maximum damage. Or higher EGO players who got access to better dps type weapons.

A few arkfalls ago there were liek 3 peopel with trucks riding aroudn the small arkfalls killign everythign to "boost" their damage counter.

Naaa dont need any changes to it. I like that people cant farm the arkfalls for loot drops. Keeps over powered ppl out of PvP :)
