I am not earning more XP and am at lvl 4366 and now help me !!

I hear you'll need to do the pursuits (achievements) and co-op maps to earn the remaining amount

EGO Rating Breakdown Yes, you'll have to do pursuits to level any further. Also, leveling weapons and vehicles to max will level your EGO.

Once you earn enough exp to fill the ego grid completely, the only way to get higher ego is to do pursuits, level weapon and vehicle skills.

yup, as the other says, pick up more favourite weapons, and level them just for the fun of it

very easy to level a weapon in a siege / incursion

and I'm doing the Pursuits not because I'm forced to, just because I find it rather fun, they are a piece of cake compared to sieges

... except for the Rampage portions :p

And, please disregard what previous post states about needing to do co-op maps to help you progress. They make up a "portion" of the pursuits, rather than the implied that they were separate.
