1.2 mil scrip, may trade for some Oj sniper rifle (bolt action) or t4 sniper mods.

I guess the real value is mor ein the mods than the weapon itself, i've got my current purple bio springer a couple days after i got this pulser and never used it again, time to let it go.

I have some t4 sniper mods (purge and otherwise), though I'm not sure if they would be enough to trade for the weapon. PM me if you like.
