IP won't work if the idiot (bot) has a brain.... trust me on that ;) Thread post cooldown, or even a filter for common used words in previous posts.

I was looking for a "REPORT" button, but couldn't find one. They could script it so x number of reports by x number of users over x period temporary forum ban.

I noticed that all the posts begin with:
मैं हू ना
which google translates as Hindi for "I 'm not"
