"Xbox servers are up" posted 3 hours ago followed by a feel good we are working on it message 2 hours ago. In other words a whole lotta nothin
I'm pretty sure they didn't "call it quits for the night." They must be scrambling to get things sorted out.
It is getting frustrating. I'm better at understanding issues if there is at least some message or post about what is going on or progress. Being left in the dark I'm pretty sure is what is flaming up a lot of players. Even if its just a message saying they are still fixing it every so often would probably put a lot more people at rest for the most part. I doubt it would take any moderator to take 30 seconds to post something.
On another note this is the first xbox game I've played that did not have any sort of remote play option for single player at least. Would have been nice to have some function for that that did not require an internet connection for times like these.
Next patch will allow us to play Peggle or Bejeweled while waiting for connectivity.
