By next week, these issues won't be happening. So, they will obviously not happen when a piece of DLC drops, since that has nothing to do with people trying to log into a server and there not being enough space for everyone (which is likely whats happening now).
TL;DR: Game will be fixed by next tuesday, I'll bet you my car. DLC's wont have issues. I'm sorry if reading the longer part gave you a headache and made your brain hurt. Im used to talking to people with at least a high school diploma or higher and more than a single digit IQ.
