First of all, for the huge amount of gamers tired of WOW style gameplay(quite a few of which are on these forums) , progression is a dirty word, I wouldn't sling it about here.Quote:

In this game I can actually do something (anything) with the upper level weapons I unlock besides socketing yet another +160 INT gemstone into it. So if you want to play the same damn game that has been around for a decade, or if you want to play God of War 12, Wrath of Whoever-isn't-dead-yet, be my guest. I will go play Defiance.
Ah, there is your last statement. The "entitled customer rage". If you want economy, go play EVE. The game is damn near nothing but economy when you get right down to it. Hell of a game, too. But if you want your every little whim catered to, and damn the game designer's direction and vision, then you are doomed to disappointment for a very. long. time.
