It took them a day to credit me but I also submitted a ticket but no reply I think it might had been on psn store side as the code is through them but then again maybe not I would submit ticket both in game and through trion support page and wait it out I bet though in less than 24 hours

Their is a difference between getting rid of something that is costing your company to get something better, and just getting rid of people because your bleeding money. what did trion get with all the layoff's they have been having they buy someone out? take over another company ? CCP bought out white wolf just to get their IP trion doing any big moves like that ?

EA gets rid of mythic entertainment because they sucked and got bioware.

Just went through this it's not a easy fix they had to work around the problem for me bypassed my ultimate edition code and put in a entitlement code of their own on my account but I still did not get my bits and do not know if my season pass will work, also can only get 1 lock box out of the 4 I had comming and once you open it you get no more on any character's.

I am angered that my stuff I paid for is not their but will give them time to try and fix I have 90 days to do a visa charge back so what would be the point to quit now with out giving them a chance.

Yeah Mythic sucked even though they brought two of the best MMO's to ever grace the market next to Ultima Online and Everquest.

Which brings up the question. Why are you defending a company that thinks Micro Transactions and online passes are fine. OH OH OH!! even better why are you defending a company that has ruinned not one but 2 of the best game lines to grace this generation and are working on their third?

Sad thing is, once you use your CD Key... all refunds are pretty much null and void. Should probably read the EULA before accepting it next time lol

Hmm, I actually think they got enough money from Rift already, so at least one new MMO is coming from Trion. I cant see them making loss, but not exactly best profit either.
