Just to update the people who were asking about the shield, it is an orange Rhino V but it doesn't have any special stats. The shield it gives is like a 1627, so it was quite a bit bigger than my previous Rhino shield.
With this shield, 15% reduced dmg from the rear, and 250 extra hp, those cloaked shotgunners try to shoot me in the back, but I usually have enough time to spin around and take them out with my smg. Im also working on the straight dmg reduction perk in the center of the grid.
