was gonna buy some bits but as i was jumping through hoops an tryin to add paypal to the payment methods, instead of a verification it instead goes to try an charge my paypal account $1.00 for nothin at all.
my question is this, is that transaction of $1 really the verification or am i just missing something?
The $1 is a transaction to make sure the payment method is active. It is strictly temporary, potentially lasting a few days, but often not that long, before being returned to your account.
