PLEASE allow me to receive my Red Dodge Challenger

I pre ordered the game and paid Gamestop in hopes to get the red Dodge Challenger. I have yet to receive the Challenger and I still see people riding around in it. I spent 24 hours total in the live chat and was told that they would email me when the problem was fixed. If you look at my user account on the Trion website it clearly shows that I have the Xbox Gamestop pre ordered addition of defiance registered per my receipt code.

I also tried to link to my console with code the game provided but that seems to have had no effect whatsoever. I did have have 2 items in claims after entering my codes and such but they were 2 guns only..not the red dodge challenger per gamestop's preorder ad stated I would receive.

Today April 4 I woke up to a patch and then logged on to find a red ATV in my inventory this is unacceptable I want what I pre ordered. On a positive note I am enjoying the game content thus far it seems to be quite fun.

there's a known issue with pre-order bonus items not being delivered correctly. just submit a support ticket and they'll sort it out. I was missing mine, took a few hours for them to resolve it, but they'll fix you up.

the red quad is likely from your arkfall rewards

lol thanks. I'm bored at work, slow day, figured I'd at least try to help a bit where I can, since I've been able to play. Pretty much just spitting out the sticky post info though :P

I have submitted 4 tickets starting at 11am central time the morning of launch. I was told after finally getting to speak with someone on live chat they would look into it and email me. What makes me mad is that on my accnt it shows the date April 2 - xbox 360 Defiance - Gamestop Preorder Edition. It doesnt take but a minute to look at my damn account and see it. My patience is coming to an end.

submit a ticket, they'll get you sorted, it just might take a while
