i've now submitted a ticket thank you. But how long does it normally take for them to sort it out?

Im sorry I didnt see your post. I never got a response from my 3 submitted tickets. I spent several hours in queue in live chat. It took two separate times with two diff ppl helping me to get it sorted. Trouble was that with my galaxy 3s or my wii u gamepad I was unable to get the link to console button to actually do anything. It turns that u must use a pc for it to work. Then xbox 360 shows up under your account and it says success. Then you completely log off xbox and back on it and game, go to store and you should have claims. The 2nd guy was nice enough to give me a 2nd preorder gift
pack for my trouble. Way to go Defiance Team! I hope this is of some help to some others.

i submitted a ticket yesterday like yo told me to and i got a e-mail from Trion Worlds Account Services and it said "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 24 hours" it's nearly been 18 hours and nothing has happened. so my queston is now, Did you get a e-mail from them? Because it's taking for ever for them to sort it out.
Well Each 5 mins there is a topic or post, posted in tech support forums and it is almost hitting 2k topics in few days, I'd say they got their hands tied badly at the moment...
I got an email after my first live chat session after waiting 12 hours on launch day to chat with them. Nithing happened after that until I waited another 4 hours yesterday for another live chat at which point like I said in the post the problem was more than sorted out. I closed all my tickets in game this morning because 1 the issue is solved and 2 they were never responded to.
