Servers were up last night for me for a while.
Now they took them down at 10:47am PST to fix some stuff. It is currently only 11:23am PST. Not that long.

Weird, all I saw was "Hey Trion, I'm an impatient console kid and demand you fix these issue instantaneously so I can get back to playing! I don't realize that it takes something called time to go into the servers and actually fix there errors so they won't be present when the servers come back online."
You are missing the point of his post. I am Sure he found that the server are offline. His point is he would like to know why. I for one support his position I have put a lot of time, money and effort into this game and would at least like to know what is truly happening and how long its going to take to fix. If it is a few days fine this is an MMO these problem are expected and will persist for at least the first few months of the game. All he is asking is WTF is going on and to have a truthful estimate for the time period that it will take to fix it. This is the problem with the xbox community, they want every thing now and every thing their way. This is an MMO first and a xbox game later. Expect these problems.
Actually by them not replying to drawn out posts like yours that outline the same point 5 different ways they will be actually doing what is required to fix said problems so we can get our great gaming experience sooner.
Oh, and you said they have not posted anything on Twitter about this? Unless I'm mistaken, they have: https://twitter.com/DefianceGame
I wasn't crying about anything. I think I made it abundantly clear. I acknowledged that they do communicate. I ask for better communication. It's not that hard of a concept. If any of you can't stand to read, then don't read. Don't post on your non-ability to read it either. I didn't want to type a hate message to Trion, so I didn't. Obviously there are many of you who are unable to comprehend that. Flame on.
Riku - they just posted that.
Godwings - I was not asking for a reply to my message.
What an ACT!
