Pre-order lockboxes - one time use oversight..

Please don't mistake this post as disrepect for the people experiencing the lockbox thing. I hope this is encouragement..

I had the same thing happen. I would have been more careful had I known that the 3 pre-order lockboxes that I got and claimed on my first character were one time use only. I deleted that character and started a new one only to find i didnt get the lockboxes again. It does make sense that they should be a one time use only, i just wish I would have been made aware. Ultimately, it was my fault. I got over it quick when i got two 100 ego purple weapons that I love as drops.

For the people that are fuming about these mistakes.. Just know that these pre-order weapons will be replaced pretty quickly. I am at 140 ego and I haven't used any of my pre-order weapons since release..

I was able to get over this pretty quickly and moved on. I just hope you all experiencing this can to.
