I love GM tools. Took like 2-3 hours for the live chat to be answered, but according to the GM, they restored my gun. It's not a super powerful gun but hey it was purple and I didn't have another assault rifle on me, so I wanted it, haha.

Now if only other games actually gave their gms the proper tools to restore items when there's server hiccups.

Hah, they gave me two of the weapon. Fun times.
