Connecting player HUB/ Ark Hunter rewards

It says i need to create a char to start the player hub...I have started a char and still nothing ALSO i have not received any of my Ark hunter rewards for entering all them codes...am i doing something wrong or missing something any help would rock! Otherwise I freaking love this game minus the lag spikes and servers crashing >.<

The rewards need to be claimed from the in-game store. If your EGO page shows 120/120 they should be in the claim. As for the hub itself, it looks like that is not implemented in the site yet.
