Yes I did not get the preorder Code with mine either. Got it from gamestop for the 360 and they'd ran out of the codes.
I didn't get my Dodge Charger :(

order my game off the psn and didn't get my preorder code.
You have to put in your codes in the defiance store or the trion worlds website and then claim them at the defiance store. to get the preorder code for steam right click the game and hit view cd key
