***Did you preorder and not get the Dodge Challenger?***

I Preordered from EB games in Red Deer, AB, Canada and I did not get a Preorder code or any content at all.

I have the code as well but it says to enter it in on the EGO menu and I don't see an option for that. It says I have to do it after the tutorial and I would hope that means after we get to the downed ship. I'm on my way to the Marshals house now so I'm fairly far into the first area.

Yes I pre ordered through Gamestop the Ultimate Edition for PC on 3/16. I received a email on 4/2 with my code. I entered the code on 4/5 after I installed the game. I have not seen any of the items I was supposed to get in game. I also haven't noticed any of the online EGO upgrades for entering the codes that I maxed out. Is there any other info I need?

Looking through other forum posts, I looked into the Defiance store and realized there was a "Claim Items" tab on left side of the screen. It isn't very well explained that you are supposed to go to the store to claim items that were from pre-order or through the Defiance EGO code page. I found everything there. Thank You anyway.

Same here pre-ordered from Amazon, got code in manual and nothing happened WTF?

update. i just went through my emails, i have the verification email saying i get my challenger, BUT no code.

Preordered defiance like a week before it came out. outI used the code that came with the game. It went through and I didn't get my items, nor were they in the claim items tab. Please help meee
