Endless Patch Loop on ps3

Just downloaded the F2P version from the store and I'm stuck in an endless patch loop. My d/l rate was really fast, like 60mbps, and the patch was downloading in like 5 minutes but it just kept endlessly downloading that 5 minute patch. I backed out of the game and when I go back in I still have to patch the game but now it's downloading at 4 mbps and it's really slow. Any idea why none of these patches seem to actually stick?

My EULA is being displayed in German or Dutch or something as well which is weird since I'm Canadian, all my language settings on my ps3 say English, and I've never switched any language on any game to German or Dutch. No idea why this is happening.

Try deleting and redownloading. Also try to leave to leave it on overnight, when I first started it took me 5 or 6 hours to download the patches.
