Sometimes it happens that a Blaster doesn't spawn on the tower and you can't progress. Mission is completable, but only after few retries.

Look in the towers which you carn't climb, i thought this had happend to me but turned out he must of been sleeping up there :D
I get there, find Raiders, clear them out, see nothing more, check the towers, find nobody. I alt+tab, google "Defiance Angel of Death part 1" find this thread, read the entire topic over, go back in and find I'm nearly dead from the mission pushing on while I was away...I had fired no shots and it just moved on suddenly.

im so sorry guys, but I cant seem to find this mission anywhere. Can someone please tell me where it starts?
i was bugged for me to. i cleared the area then went down the hill to the 2 raider trucks outside the yellow circle. killed em then went back. fought another round of mobs then the guy in the tower and the tanker finally appeared
